*Terms and Conditions for Participant Registration - ICT Olympiad Bangladesh*

1. Eligibility:

  • Participants must be residents or citizens of Bangladesh.
  • Participants must belong to the specified age group (max 35) or education level as per the competition guidelines.

2. Registration:

  • Registration fees, if applicable, must be paid within the specified deadline.
  • Failure to pay the registration fees within the designated timeframe may result in cancellation of registration.

3. Fees:

  • Participants must register for the ICT Olympiad Bangladesh through the official website or designated registration channels.
  • Online Registration forms must be completed accurately, providing all required information.
  • Any false information provided during registration may result in disqualification from the competition.
  • All payments are non refundable.
  • For any unusual circumstance the ICT olympiad can postpone the operation or event and will not be liable to return any amount for registration.
  • Event registration fees are only for event platform charges. Course/Class/Books/sessions/Mock Test/Exam activity can be free or others charges.

4. Conduct:

  • Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner throughout the competition.
  • Any form of cheating, plagiarism, or unethical behavior will result in immediate disqualification from the competition

5. Materials:

  • Participants are responsible for ensuring they have access to necessary materials required for the competition, such as computing devices, internet access, and relevant software.
  • Any unauthorized materials or aids used during the competition may lead to disqualification.

6. Intellectual Property:

  • Participants retain ownership of any original work or intellectual property created or submitted during the competition.
  • By participating in the competition, participants grant the organizers permission to use their name, likeness, and submit materials for promotional purposes related to the ICT Olympiad Bangladesh.

7. Liability:

  • The organizers of the ICT Olympiad Bangladesh will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by participants during the course of the competition.
  • Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being while participating in the competition.

8. Disqualification:

  • The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant found violating the terms and conditions of the competition.
  • Disqualification may occur at any stage of the competition, and the decision of the organizers will be final.

9. Amendments:

  • The organizers reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of participant registration at any time.
  • Participants will be notified of any changes through the official website or other official communication channels.
  • Management can cancel or amendments the events/programs/class/session anytime with or without notice

10. Acceptance:

  • By registering for the ICT Olympiad Bangladesh, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions and agree that any decision taken by ICTOB management will be oby by any type of participant.

Dismissal Criteria for Participants of ICT Olympiad Bangladesh Session 2

1. Violation of Code of Conduct
2. Cheating or Plagiarism
3. Disrespectful Behavior Towards Organizers or Judges
4. Disruption of Event Activities
5. Unauthorized Use of Electronic Devices
6. Falsification of Registration Information
7. Tampering with Event Equipment
8. Failure to Comply with Event Rules
9. Inappropriate Attire
10. Use of Offensive Language
11. Physical Altercations
12. Harassment of Other Participants
13. Unauthorized Collaboration
14. Unexcused Absence from Mandatory Sessions
15. Failure to Submit Required Documentation
16. Providing False Information to Event Officials
17. Deliberate Damage to Venue Property
18. Disrespectful Behavior Towards Other Participants
19. Refusal to Follow Event Staff Instructions
20. Unauthorized Access to Restricted Areas
21. Submission of Incomplete or Late Work
22. Misuse of Event Resources
23. Use of Alcohol or Illegal Substances
24. Involvement in Criminal Activities
25. Threatening Behavior
26. Breach of Confidentiality Agreements
27. Excessive Noise or Disruptive Conduct
28. Unauthorized Recording or Photography
29. Violation of Health and Safety Protocols
30. Repeated Tardiness
31. Failure to Pay Registration Fees
32. Unauthorized Solicitation or Distribution of Materials
33. Involvement in Fraudulent Activities
34. Sharing Event Materials Without Permission
35. Impersonation of Another Participant
36. Sabotaging Other Participants’ Work
37. Unapproved Use of ICT Olympiad Branding
38. Engaging in Political or Religious Discussions
39. Violating Privacy of Other Participants
40. Disregarding Event Schedule
41. Failure to Respect Quiet Zones
42. Unauthorized Leaving of Event Premises
43. Providing Inaccurate Performance Data
44. Repeated Failure to Participate in Team Activities
45. Ignoring Emergency Procedures
46. Unauthorized Selling of Goods or Services
47. Unwillingness to Cooperate with Security Measures
48. Defamation of Event or Organizing Body
49. Engaging in Inappropriate Social Media Conduct
50. Breach of Intellectual Property Rights
